4. Messaging Terms
If SMS or messaging features are enabled, you agree that messages may be sent based on your requests, account settings, or actions initiated through the platform. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of applicable messaging by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP where supported. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

Aydra may connect with third-party providers such as Microsoft, Google, payment providers, communications vendors, hosting providers, and AI service providers. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.

- violate carrier rules, anti-spam laws, privacy laws, or any applicable regulation.

Aydra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aydra and its affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the service.

We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Aydra after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
