Aydra (“Aydra,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an AI assistant platform that helps users communicate, manage files, handle tasks, and interact with connected services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect

- Account Information: such as your username, email address, password hash, and account status.
- Profile Information: such as your name, phone number, preferences, and any optional profile information you provide to personalize your experience.
- User Content and Requests: including prompts, task instructions, uploaded files, generated documents, and related assistant interactions needed to provide the service.
- Audio and Voice Data: audio submitted for transcription or voice interactions. Audio may be processed to deliver requested features and may not be retained longer than necessary for service operation, troubleshooting, security, or legal compliance.
- Connected Account Data: data made available through services you choose to connect, such as Microsoft 365 or Google services, to the extent needed to perform requested actions.
- Usage and Device Information: such as log data, browser information, approximate location data derived from IP address, timestamps, and interactions with the platform.
- Messaging Data: if SMS or messaging features are enabled, we may process phone numbers, message content, delivery status, and opt-in or opt-out records.
2. How We Use Information
We use information we collect to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and improve Aydra;
- authenticate users and secure accounts;
- process requests and perform actions you ask the assistant to carry out;
- personalize responses and user experience;
- send service-related messages, including login verification, password reset, system notices, and transaction or account-related communications;
- support messaging features that are initiated by you or delivered based on your account settings or requests;
- monitor reliability, detect abuse, investigate security incidents, and enforce our terms.
3. SMS and Messaging Disclosures
If SMS or similar messaging features are made available, messages are sent only based on your consent, your account settings, or actions you take within Aydra. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may opt out of non-essential messaging by replying STOP, and you may request help by replying HELP where supported.
Mobile information and opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: with vendors that help us operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, communications, analytics, payments, and AI processing providers.
